A year ago, I was 20+ pounds into a successful weight loss program. Somewhere along the lines I lost my get up and go and I have gained back 15 of the total 30lbs that I lost. Well I'm ready to get back on the right track. My short term goal is to lose the 15lbs that I gained back by April 30th (Andrew's Birthday). If I reach my short term goal, I will be back to my post pregnancy weight, which was 25lbs smaller than my pre-pregnancy weight.
This time around I decided to join the 50 million pound challenge(www.50millionpounds.com). I learned alot through weight watchers and I'm ready to use what I learned on WW and apply it to the 50 million pound challenge.
